We are looking for an experienced Secretary with excellent IT skills and the ability to create Excel reports using formulas.

Working for an International Trading Company, your duties will include (but not be limited to)

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the phone
  • Receiving, opening and distributing post
  • Typing general correspondence and reports
  • Proof reading documents
  • Creating Excel reports using formulas including comparison reports
  • Organising travel arrangements both national and international
  • Internet research
  • Banking cheques
  • Organising refreshments
  • Filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous secretarial or administrative experience
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of formulas
  • Good typing skills – minimum 40wpm
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • An eye for detail
