Customer Service Advisor - £18,000 - £20,000 pa

To work for highly successful, rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in S.W. London            

The successful candidate will have:

  •  Previous experience of working as a Customer Service Advisor
  • Good customer service skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good keyboard and IT skills

 Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all calls answered within 3 rings
  • Transferring calls to other departments
  • Taking customer orders over the phone and inputting onto database
  • Logging orders received by fax and email onto the system
  • Liaising with customers regarding stock shortages and special orders
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure good customer service
  • Up-selling promotions
