Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for your next job?

Then look no further - we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a great team based in a beautiful location within Greater London

Hours:  37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. This will include weekends and Bank Holidays to work in line with the business requirements.

Full Flexibility is needed.

Our client is looking for a Sous Chef who can help the Head Chef run a success team but also deputise in the Head Chef's absence, so previous team management experience is essential.

You will ideally have experience of working within a visitor attraction environment and operating catering areas to comply with industry Food Hygiene standards.

You will need:

  • To be educated to a GCSE level (Grade A-C) or Equivalent
  • An Industry recognised qualification such as C&G or have suitable experience.
  • Food Hygiene Level 3
  • Practical experience in all areas of running a kitchen.
  • Experience in ensuring legislative compliance of FSMS and HSE
  • To be confident in training, motivating and engaging with a team.
  • To be eligible to work in the UK.
