Administrator - £10.08 ph (including holiday pay)

Immediate Interview

Minimum 2 month temp assignment with view to extending

Team of professionals need an eperienced Administrator to look after them whlst their secretary is on maternity leave.

Must be excellent on Excel (including formulas) and have experience working within administration.  Must be reliable, have an eye for detail with an excellent attitude.

Administrator duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Answer the telephone and take accurate messages
  • Book travel arrangements (flights and cab)
  • Proof Reading legal documents
  • Copy typing general correspondence and contracts
  • Compile Excel Spreadsheets
  • Internet research
  • Generate specific weekly hotel rate comparison reports
  • Receive, open and distribute post
  • Errands to the bank and post office
  • Purchase lunch and serve
  • Make tea and coffee
  • Ensure printer, copier & fax loaded with paper & ink
  • General filing, faxing, photocopying

The ideal Administrator will have:

  • Administration experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good IT skills including formulas and comparisons on Excel
  • Accurate typing skills
