PA to Director- £25,500 pa plus benefits

 
We are looking for an experienced PA to work for a Charity based in Central London 
 
PA to the Director must have previous experience working at Senior Management level
 
Must be available to start immediately

 
The successful PA to the Director will have:
 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Complex diary management
  • Minute taking experience
  • Experience organising complex travel arrangements
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum 40wpm typing
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
  • Experience working within the medical/health, charitable or not-for-profit industry is an advantage
 
PA to the Director duties will include (but not be limited to)
 
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Liaising with Senior Management 
  • Diary management
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Prioritising emails, requests and appointments on behalf of the Director
  • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Organising meetings
  • Data input and database management
  • Managing all personnel administration
  • Compiling statistical reports and information using spread sheets 
  • PA to the Director will also be processing expenses and invoices and monitoring the team budget
