Administration Assistant – £22,000 p.a.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful company working in North West London.  The role is a pivotal one in the business and impacts upon efficiency of the operation. 

Knowledge of EPOS system is an advantage but not essential.

Administrator duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Providing admin support for the managers
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with Departmental Managers, Buyer(s), Supervisors
  • Managing diaries
  • Arranging client appointments for managers
  • Input of stock/goods received and processing adjustments into the EPOS system
  • Identifying and dealing with stock discrepancies
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Weekly collation of staff time sheets
  • Monthly collation of mileage sheets
  • Preparing invoices
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting the Accounts Department in account tasks
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying

The successful Administrator will have:

  • Administrator experience
  • Knowledge of EPOS system would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Good IT skills including Word & Excel
  • Good numeracy & literacy skills
  • Good attention to detail
